We use HubSpot CRM daily to manage our contact database and email sends. We are sending emails to hundreds of contact through workflows that allow us to process and set contact properties to make sure contacts are in the right place with the right outreach. Our team has gained visibility to see email engagement, website engagement, and social engagement. Transparency has changed how we think about outreach and cadences.

- Contact creation and property updates.
- Salesforce and HubSpot CRM integration
- Pulling data out of the HubSpot CRM has some limits, I would love to pull contact activity feeds to analyze and compare.
- Increased visibility for contact engagements for sales reps to follow.
