Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We currently use the HubSpot CRM as our source of truth for all our prospects and customers. The platform is used by almost all of our teams on a daily basis. We do all but our Customer Service out of HubSpot, but the Customer service team is able to access and use HubSpot as one of their tools in assisting the customer.
  • Automate the selection of who an inbound prospect is assigned too.
  • Automate the moving of Deal stages when certain information is gathered.
  • Automate nurture messages for those not yet ready to buy but want more information.
  • While automation allows you to do many things, the one issue I run up against weekly is the fact that we would like to trigger holds based on how long it has been since a certain action has happened or even till a date that was picked has come to be.
  • Once we started to use ALL of the tools in HubSpot to support our teams we saw a 30% increase in sales opportunities and a 27% increase in Sales in one month. With increases month over month for the past 6 months.
HubSpot's platform communicates all in one place. It is very organic in how you can find the information with the associations built in. This makes it easy to open an an object and see all the other objects in the CRM at a glance. You are also able to click on the other objects and review those records quickly and efficiently. With just a few clicks you can go from a contact to a company to the deal.

The HubSpot CRM is a powerful tool if you have a team that fully understands how it all works together, and they work as a team to build according to the needs of the company. When a company is aligned with a buyer's journey and a team is able to build out automation, processes, and such in HubSpot, it helps to give a clear picture and reporting of all the actions a prospect goes through in said journey. I have worked with teams that did not plan and created just as they saw fit, then could not get the answers they sought. But once I was able to get the team focused on a holistic approach to HubSpot and started to rebuild their HubSpot infrastructure with a road map that mirrored the buyer's journey, they began to see how powerful HubSpot is when used in its interiority.
