Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We currently use the HubSpot CRM as our source of truth for all our prospects and customers. The platform is used by almost all of our teams on a daily basis. We do all but our Customer Service out of HubSpot, but the Customer service team is able to access and use HubSpot as one of their tools in assisting the customer.
- Automate the selection of who an inbound prospect is assigned too.
- Automate the moving of Deal stages when certain information is gathered.
- Automate nurture messages for those not yet ready to buy but want more information.
- While automation allows you to do many things, the one issue I run up against weekly is the fact that we would like to trigger holds based on how long it has been since a certain action has happened or even till a date that was picked has come to be.
- Once we started to use ALL of the tools in HubSpot to support our teams we saw a 30% increase in sales opportunities and a 27% increase in Sales in one month. With increases month over month for the past 6 months.
