Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

At XanEdu we use HubSpot as a Marketing Tool and CRM for all our accounts. We need a system that can assist with sales and producing quotes to accounts. It does not integrate into outlook calendar in my option. Would like it to be more sales focused than a marketing tool.

It is comparible in some aspects to Sales Force. It is very easy to use and understand.

It is well suited when an email is sent to an account that the information is already entered into HubSpot.It provides information when an account views the email by clicks. I wish that it worked better with outlook calendar, especially when meetings are scheduled.
