Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

My team uses HubSpot as a CRM to both house and track pertinent detail and information for all customers, prospects and 3rd party relationships. We also use HubSpot for sales and marketing performance and forecasting. HubSpot helps our team to maintain the most relevant and up-to-date information keeping us actively engaged with the right folks at the right time.

HubSpot is competitive with SFDC, being my preferred CRM.
HubSpot offers ease of use over similar CRM tools (i.e. SFDC). Couple this fact with a lower investment point, makes HubSpot vendor of choice.
