To capture and monitorate the work of my sales executives work. Implementing KPI's to some activitites and the monthly report in each of them
- Capture information, ex. emails
- Portray the information in dashboards
- Help the sales executive to have their work organized.
- In some reports, sometimes you can´t put some information as you like
- I would like to add some math in the reports, to sum, average between to data
- Linking the phones, without appearing from another country or distance
- First give structure to my sales team
- Second, more formality and accountability to the team
- Third, more information to management to make decisions
