Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to email sales quotes to companies. So far this year I have increased my sales by 25% just by staying more organized for follow up emails, among other things. I also have enjoyed the features such as letting me know when prospects have viewed, clicked on links, or set meetings. When I see interaction with my email, I know they have received it and are interested and pursue them. I also can see when an email is not responding and can follow up with phone calls. I have additionally enjoyed the reporting so I can see if I need to up my efforts in sending out quotes or if I am on pace. I very much recommend this, and I HAVE recommended this to many other business owners that I know. Great product!
