Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot as not only a customer resource management but a way to track deals in our fulfillment process. Without the help of HubSpot we wouldn't be capable of being so close to going paperless in our order entry. I've personally used ACT and Salesforce. And HubSpot is by FAR my favorite. I would recommended it to anyone that asked!

I love how HubSpot is so user friendly. I've personally used ACT and Salesforce. ACT was too simple and old. While Salesforce was too complicated and we had bad customer service. Our newly created pricing program works flawlessly with HubSpot. I'm so glad our company made the change to Hubspot!

HubSpot is well suited for any business's that wants to track deals and organize customer contacts. I really like how we can upload excel, pdf, and zips folders of information needed for our admin team who processes our orders. This option greatly increased the operation of going paperless in the office.
