Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use mainly the sales and tasks aspect off it. Trying to reach out to contacts and following up with them mainly. Our job is to market our clinic and company so we reach out to various contacts that are in schools, first responders and try to tell them more about our program which entails heart and lung testing.

Pros and Cons

Great with follow up notifications
Very fast
Easy to use

When you create new contacts sometimes it doesnt tell you when someone else has a specific contact.

Return on Investment

Just getting new cliental has been excellent

Usability

Again the only issue has been with creating new contacts, as it may overlap with someone elses

This is the only CRM platform i have used
