Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Currently, I am using HubSpot to log all activities executed on a daily basis. Through HubSpot I am able to set tasks and follow up with any previous communications sent out. The only issue I have with HubSpot is that, I wish it had the ability to look at what who I’ve contacted. I can only see who I’ve contacted via my outbox in my connected email or if I had a follow up task created. If I only called a potential client and set no follow up, I will not be able to track previous activities.

This is the first CRN I have used however, it provides a great walkthrough.

It’s a great tool for all indirect/outside sales. Great for tracking activities, organizing clients and setting up follow ups. I forgot to mention how cool the sequence feature is that incorporated AI to reach out to potential clients on your behalf!
