Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot to keep track for corporate member and sponsor records. We Are able to see current and past corporate members and sponsors, track conversations we've had with company point of contacts, track membership expirations, and keep a list of company contacts for each member,
- I appreciate that it's very modern looking and very user friendly
- It's very easy to input and track information
- It's easy to pull lists and filter them by particular tags
- It's very easy to merge profiles if needed
- I personally don't use the function where you can link email to HubSpot. Instead, I manually input notes with relevant information. I've heard that linking email isn't always helpful because there's a lot of unnecessary fluff in an email chain that you can't delete from HubSpot.
- It's been a great and necessary tool to have to look back on records and see which members we can win back after years of lapsed membership
- It's great for all of our employees to see the list of current members and sponsors in one place
I personally think that HubSpot is much more intuitive to use that Blackbaud Altru. I think it's features are much more updated and aligned with modern UX capabilities in terms of the ability to quickly edit or search. It looks much more modern.
