Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for well-documented process mapping systems based on data from each job according to the instructions of the project manager. IBM Blueworks Live is completely online and does not need complex software downloads or installations, our communication with the business process execution team is real time and we do not have to be on email, we do this directly in the software.

Central Process Repository

We use it as the source of truth for process details such as handoffs between roles, systems, etc. We haven't yet fully realized the potential of these features, however, as we still store a lot of documentation outside of IBM Blueworks Live.

And using metadata in the documentation, combined with the glossary, adds more visibility and analysis potential.

Microsoft Visio, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and Miro

Using multiple IBM portfolios together is so convenient because they come from the same manufacturer. Everything is much more simple with application communication, and if/when there is an issue, there is only one place to call. IBM is able to resolve all issues!

Easy to create process diagrams quickly, while collaborating with others.Track activities using metadata such as which IT systems are utilized.Use the glossary terms to find where different roles or systems are involved in processes throughout your org. It's a silly thing, but for darker color coding shades, the text should turn to white for the legibility of the text. It is hard to read when some colors are applied.
