Overall Satisfaction with IBM Maximo
IBM Maximo is asset management tool. It was used as one stop solution for all buying, purchasing,assets, work orders and inventory management. I use it to develop applications, scripts and reports on it. It can be used where there is a need to manage the inventory and assets.
- It is very effective in managing inventory.
- We can create assets as we want.
- We can customise the application as per need
- We can have reports as per the need
- We can use it on Ipad, smartphone as well
- KPI units cant be modified
- Automation scripts
- Reports
- Application modifications
- Workflows is beneficial when sending work orders or purchase order for approval, it will send directly to the correct contact without without wasting time on looking for correct contact
- Security group can be used to assign users particular permissions
- Application can be customised according to need
- Report help in tracking the assets
