Overall Satisfaction with Icertis

I am a new user of Icertis and don't have much knowledge of integration.
We use Icertis to route our contracts for legal and Infosec review. It is also used to store existing contracts.
  • Allows Business Units to submit requests easily
  • provides high visibility to workflow, comments, and questions
  • great search functionality
  • Being able to redline within the system
  • Being able to complete sourcing projects start to finish
  • Visibility to contract workflow
  • Manages requests well, saving time and confusion
I like Icertis much better. Ivalua was not user-friendly and our internal and external users had much difficulty with it.

Yes

Icertis does a really nice job of routing contracts through the workflow. It provides high visibility and allows comments and questions to be inserted at every phase. It's very user-friendly and works as a nice deposit for all new and existing contracts and agreements. It is less suitable as a start-to-finish sourcing tool.
