Overall Satisfaction with Icertis

We use Icertis in Sourcing and Vendor Management. We have just implemented with the rest of the team. Still trying to figure out how to updater some of the templates and how the Discover Clause will assist with our reviews prior to sending to legal.
  • potential for good sourcing and legal review flow
  • Version control
  • Too many clicks to get things done
  • Fixing items once they have been built in a template
  • Increased time on sending items to legal

We are still very early in our journey and need to figure out some things that the implementor said we could not due, but after meeting folks at eh Icertis Connect we found out that was not true. Really looking forward to getting the bugs fixed and see where we are 6 months from now.

Using Icertis

Integrating Icertis

Icertis does not integrate well with our electronic signing platform. Our implementor that we had was not very knowledgeable and the workaround that was put in place is very cumbersome and takes a significant amount of time to do a process that was seamless prior to this.
