Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite

It is used throughout the organization to help streamline the application, screening, selection, and first phase of onboarding for all new hires in the company. We use Connect, Recruit, and Text Recruit. We also have a video screening option.

  • Ease of use for candidate and hiring manager
  • Systems work together seamlessly
  • The robust data is very difficult to figure out how to get the output needed for reporting.
  • There is always room for improvement with the candidate experience.
  • Application flow has been great
  • Customizable job posting allows us to set numerous templates
  • Not having easy access to reporting metrics
At the time Jobvite was not user friendly or easy to customize, which is what led me to look for alternatives. They have since changed their platform to be more competitive, but I have no interest in changing at this time.
I have always been responded to quickly when submitting tickets. None of my team has ever felt ignored or looked down upon because of their questions. The team is wonderful.
As mentioned in previous sections, the reporting component is the part that results in a lower ranking. The availability of seamless integrations for the various products and services is wonderful. As iCIMS has acquired more companies, it makes that service much more easily available.

Overall, I have been very happy with the iCIMS Software Suite. The team is helpful and the Help Desk staff are always helpful and responsive whether the request is on the phone or via the work order. The reporting component is the only thing that has been discouraging because you don't know what to ask for to get your information.
