We use iCIMS for recruiting. It is used by the Talent Acquisition with reporting and metrics distributed to HR Leadership team; New hire integration with our HR system.
- Recruiting workflow; iCIMS presents logical and intuitive progression throughout the process.
- Customization can be easily configured to support our specific business processes.
- The design of reports and other analytics can be easily accomplished and distributed via dashboards and/or scheduled reports. Allows for easy user segregation of needed reporting data.
- The technical support team is phenomenal!!
- Mass update feature is great.
