Overall Satisfaction with IDrive Online Backup and Object Storage
While I would love to use iIDrive Online Backup and Object Storage, I have not been able to do a complete backup since I bought the product. I called tech support multiple times and they finally escalated the issue. It's been a month and despite constant asking for an update, they have done nothing. They just keep telling me that they are working on it. The most important file for me to backup is my Outlook .pst file and it will not work. It's only 4GB. At this point, I have to go elsewhere because I want that file backed up.

- In my experience, If you have a file larger than 4 GB, good luck.
- I feel that tech support sends canned responses
- It's my belief that if you have a problem, tech support may never help you
Reviews were great, but it didn't work for me. Looking for an alternate company now. I need a product that actually works!
