Playbooks is used by our Business Development Department to help organize and plan when developing an effective sales cadence.
  • Playbooks easily integrates sales cadences on a daily basis and makes it easy to plan for the day.
  • Accounts are automatically loaded into the Playbooks system making it easier to keep track of what is needed.
  • The system shows incoming calls with ID, making it easier to prep for unexpected incoming calls.
  • Implementing playbooks for the first time can involve a lot of busy work on the initial use.
  • It has increased organization and made it easier to prospect effectively.
I am still new to it and have found a few things bothersome, but otherwise, it is a helpful tool that I am glad to be using.
It was paid for by my employer and implemented company-wide for the Business Development Department.
It is well suited for organizing pipelines, creating sequence, cadence, and prospecting.
