Playbooks is used by the Sales Teams here at Groupon. It helps with keeping up with all of our accounts and keeping a cadence!
- Being more active on accounts assigned.
- knowing where in the cadence one is.
- Knowing what time zone business is in.
They are very helpful. They help to reach the person that we need to speak with when businesses ask to have a follow-up call at a later time.
I have not been able to play with this yet but it sounds like it's good so that we can have a talking point for the merchants.
It is a really good idea and a great tool! It just has some bugs and it takes a lot of time to catch all accounts up on their step in the cadence.
