Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We key in all contacts, leads and funnel. It sends my report to the CEO daily. With Insightly, I am able to monitor the sales funnel by my team. Insightly also provides project milestones.. This is a huge source to monitor projects. Also, it's compulsory for us to put in all activities and tie them to a relevant organization or opportunity.
  • Centralized contacts for relevant parties in our leads and organization
  • Company's calendar for meetings and activities. If colleague want me to join a meeting, I will ask them to check my calendar in Insightly
  • Monitor sales and funnel to archieve target. Single pipeline for all possible deals
  • Project milestones will be tracked by using the system, up until invoicing
  • Integrate direct with MS Outlook for calendar, not via Gmail
  • Provide business card scanner that imports directly to the contact
  • More comprehensive reporting or a dashboard that is able to show all reports in single page

Sugar crm - too boring, dull interface, no mobile apps

zoho - pricing structure
Insightly has on the go tools to discuss sales projection on the mobile app. It has a cool interface and reports are available if my CEO asks for updates.
