It is being used to capture, record and synchronize sales activities for the company. The management is using the information to ensure all possible opportunities are capitalized and resources are optimized
Pros
- Synchronizing with Google (Mail, Calendar)
- Managing tasks, sharing and assigning tasks between colleagues
- As a one stop center for CRM
Cons
- Having a desktop version (which can sync with the database once internet connectivity is up) will be very helpful, especially for regions where internet is not stable
- Having a "guest" feature, (a) for them to view the progress of projects, (b) have limited and selected access to sales activities (in cases where the OEM wants to monitor the progress of their distributors/resellers)
- Increased employee efficiency
- Better and easier resource management
- High cost when needs to implement company-wide (-ve impact)
