Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

It's being used by the whole organization. With Insightly it's easy and fast to track projects and follow ups with customers and leads. Insightly makes our job easier.
  • For us a thing that Insightly does well is the customization for our own application.
  • Our business pipeline tracking is a really good feature.
  • The reports are really accurate and useful for our employees' performance.
  • Some things in the Android and IOS modules, like navigating between features, are not that easy, and sometimes we haven't be able to add notes or comments.
  • Improved efficiency
  • Centralized contact management
Yes, we achieved both outcomes because all our customer information now is in one place, so we can all access it easily.
Besides that we can filter the customer list to what we are looking for particularly.
I think you can customize it to your own benefit. I can't think of a scenario Insightly couldn't work well.
