Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is being used across the organisation. It is my CRM and also links in with my accounting software, Xero. I also use it as my task manager, and for managing my sales pipelines and as a sales reporting tool.
  • Its simplicity is fantastic as this means I can record my data fast.
  • It is very user friendly which means it actually gets used.
  • I love that it connects with my accounting software.
  • I'd love to be able to sync with my email so it recorded contacts.
  • I'd love to be able to scan in business cards.
  • I'd love to be able to attach files.
  • I'd love to report from Xero sales in Insightly.
  • Capture my current customers and prospects.
  • Manage a database of people for mailouts and sales.
  • Track prospects, pipelines and value.

I am slowly achieving these things, but I need more training.
I tried Zoho and actually use their email but I don't like their CRM. In fact Insightly has caused me to change my email provider.
I think it's exceptionally well suited to small startups like myself. It is easy to set up, easy to use and has very handy features. I'm not sure it would suit large organisations, but then maybe it would.
