Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly is being used by the whole organization. We use it to track clients, schedule follow ups for prospective clients, manage potential leads, track sales, send emails, sync calendars, add information to pipeline and file documents. Insightly helps with company inner office organizational issues. It allows all users to work within the same database which makes it easier to track the progress of your employees and clients.

I am still learning the system with Insightly. Insightly offers a University which can show you how to do basically everything the site offers. You just have to take the time to watch the video and apply the new knowledge to achieve your desired results.
Insightly offers a more user friendly platform at a fraction of the cost. Other CRMs usually cater to larger companies and their smaller packages are still geared towards large companies. Insightly looks out for the little guys.
