Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Our company mentor recommended a CRM that would bring some organization to our chaotic workflows and communications. We were not familiar with CRMs and approached it tentatively and cautiously. We started using it to track contacts. It progressed into tracking email communications and files. Now we are at the point that our group has decided using the "projects" option. We believe it is going to save us time and streamline our future process. I have started to take a deeper dive into the capabilities of Insightly and understand better how Insightly will become one of our main office tools. We anticipate we will upgrade our team to a paid model.
- I like that we can receive an email and save it to our Insightly contact with a click of a button.
- Insightly places the email in a file and takes the attachment and places it in another file so it is easy to find.
- So far little to point to for improvement.
Goal to bring order to process and workflow. This is being realized a little bit more each time we are faced with a need to improve our processes to get more work completed with the limited resources we have available.
Haven't compared to much at all even. Recommended by a trusted mentor who has our interests in mind.
