Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly was used across all departments as a part of their sales and after-sales processes. It helped us collect and manage our data across all services. We integrated the portal to our web page, to pull in potential client data, we arranged the data on the system manually as per category of the business and then forwarded to the specific team for carry out the sales function. We managed the process via pipelines and reports feature on the portal.
We also used Insightly to filter data for our marketing campaigns, and integrated it with external systems, like Mailchimp.
