Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Insightly primarily to assign tasks to one another. I, the director, am usually the person assigning the tasks to my team. We also use it to hold pertinent client information. Everyone in the organization has access to all the accounts and it keeps us organized and accountable to the tasks we are assigned.

Keeps users on task for what they are assigned to do

On occasion tasks are not linked to the proper client, as I directed
I think the task flow page could be a little easier to follow/interface could use improvement

It's helped us stay organized, which ultimately saves the company time
It keeps us accountable, which again, saves time

I feel like Insightly is perfect for small businesses where managing client information and assigning tasks to teammates is crucial. It's a great CRM that is so well organized and planned that I think many businesses could benefit from using it. We don't even take advantage of all the capabilities because we have various processes in place...we've only scratched the surface. Highly recommend!
