Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We, the entire team of AML/KYC use Insightly as our CRM and needless to say, it seems to be a gem of a software to use amongst the team members. The contacts, leads, and tasks are all available to be used; however, we use the contacts module only as the leads module is used by another team at my organisation.

Insightly is cheaper compared to Intercom and catered to our needs as much as we wanted, hence we chose Insightly. They do offer the usual CRM things we needed, on top of which they also support workflow automation, email management as well as marketing tool. So no sense in choosing another expensive software compared to this one.

Insightly software provides what usual CRM softwares do, with a great UI, emails tracking, contacts management, workflow automations and what not. The project module as well as reporting seems to be an interesting area too; however, we do not have complete access or roles provided for the same but would surely like to explore that.
I really haven't have had any chance in contacting their support team ever as our admin does it; however, I have heard only and only good things about their support team. On time and on-point responses make the experience for them the best and since we are using the software since long time now - we do not need much help from their support team.
Of course. They have both CRM and Marketing modules. We use the CRM module only and it does make me believe that their app is well-suited for organisations / teams of different sizes, as the contact management and email management are the features which are most helpful for us in sending out emails whenever an AML case due date comes in.
