Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use insightly as a CRM and we have solved many issues with this product. Communicating with our teams and having different touchpoints of communication through various team members have been beneficial to create the company culture we are seeking. We have also solved the problem of seeing various communications for certain individuals in one consolidated place. It helps us to review various communications throughout the year to help us with year-end decisions. Helps us to maintain and schedule appropriate communications and touchpoints with our team and all of our team can see this in one place. A great tool for our team.

Pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it.
Improving relationships with our team with timely tasks that we can share among our team, so that it is perceived that our team is working well like an oiled machine.

Insightly is a great tool for managing and tracking communications and allows the entire team to see these communications with different team members and various activities for each team member. It takes a little getting used to but customer service team is awesome to assist us or answer any questions.
