Overall Satisfaction with Insync Healthcare Solutions

Insync [Healthcare Solutions] is utilized across the organization. We use the Electronic Health Record, including the Patient Portal, and Revenue Cycle Management.

Pros

  • Easy launch from the scheduler to all aspects of patient chart
  • Smooth processes from check-in to accounts receivable
  • Individualized support, especially on the RCM side with Account Managers
  • User-friendly interface and excellent email/phone support
  • Ability to customize with the Implementation team
  • On-site training - so very helpful!

Cons

  • There is a need to toggle from patient Factsheet to Profile for appointment details.
  • Customizable charting elements
  • Customer support
  • Communication
  • The most positive impact for me as the business owner is knowing I have enough receivables and solid systems in place for the staff to carry on and allow me to take a vacation!
Insync [Healthcare Solutions] is constantly staying on top of upgrades and improvements. The RCM is fully integrated and not spread over multiple vendors.
