Overall Satisfaction with Intellum
Intellum is currently being used as our organization-wide learning management system. That includes supporting 40 staff members, over 10,000 members, and over 1000 volunteers. We use the LMS to get essential, general, and role-specific education into the hands of our constituents.
- Create online modules/content.
- Monitor and track usage and completion rates.
- Customer service.
- My only suggestion would be for a better interface for hosting online events.
- It has democratized our educational content, allowing us to reach infinitely more members than we would have with only in-person events.
It wasn't ideal for our virtual conference, though as I said, this could be because of the way we used it, the support during the conference was best-in-class.
