Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I work most with InterSystems IRIS Interoperability. My job involves connecting the systems of branch stores with the headquarters. The biggest challenge is transforming a wide variety of data so that the receiving end can understand the message. It also involves data synchronization such as prices, which are used in all branches, mainly using service scheduling.

Even with a great database manager, it allows connecting to other data sources

The place where I work has been using the InterSystems IRIS system for many years, and it is by far its main advantage in the market.
As it is not a system that is widely taught and promoted in colleges and courses, it is necessary to train a programmer almost from scratch for this system.

As I deal with interoperability 99% of the time in my work, and I really enjoy the functionality of the tool, I would easily recommend this tool to large businesses that have many branches and need a tool to integrate and monitor all of them. Besides liking the fact that I don't need to manually establish a database connection, which makes development much easier.
