We use iSmartRecruit’s ATS on a regular basis to manage our recruitment workflow, track candidates, find candidates for various open jobs, schedule interviews and send offer letters. iSmartRecruit truly helps us to simplify our day-to-day recruitment task; it automates our repetitive hiring work, so, as a result, we are now able to focus more on those that need a human approach.
