Very Pleased with isolved

I really like that we now have a dedicated account manager. A few years back, we had a few issues with taxes being reported in a timely manner. Trying to get it resolved was almost impossible as there wasn't anybody I could contact directly to get updates. A big weight was lifted knowing we have somebody we can now go to directly should any issues arise; we can get current up-to-date details on any pending cases. I have always been very impressed with isolved's customer service. In the four years I have worked with isolved I have only come across one individual that was less then desirable to speak to. I quickly ended the phone call and just called back and got somebody different and all was good.
