Overall Satisfaction with Jamf Pro
We manage 700 plus Mac devices in the VA. Use Apple DEP, deploy config. policies, app deployment, VPP, etc.
- Easy to use for GUI interface
- Enables a better understanding of what is actually deployed to a Mac
- Requires scripting but the new version of app and package deployment will be better
- Like the support
- Scripting is hard
- Reports on FileVault status of encryption for percentages
- I have a hard time making filters to get my correct search
- Ease of use in enterprise
- Centrally managed
- Less setup on updates and policies
Like the GUI interface a lot more than others. Seems better for deployment of policies.
