Overall Satisfaction with JangoMail
Since we are a company that needs to advertise our product to our subscribers quickly and efficiently, JangoMail serves this purpose well. It can send a large amount of email regarding the product that is coming out or other updates that I want to give my subscribers quickly and efficiently.
- Send out mass emails
- Easy to use interface
- Being able to customize email templates
- Lacking of a drag and drop feature
- Lack of well written tutorials or documentation
- It doesn't do well with displaying error
- Sending mass mails so consumers can get an update on our newly released products
- Quite inexpensive so we don't have to break bank for this
- Lack of functionalities and features is a downside which caused more manual works
We used to use outlook to send out emails to our subscribers, which is not very efficient. With JangoMail, we were able to send emails more efficiently and quickly, which save us a lot of times. It is also more professional than sending through outlook. However, JangoMail is lacking in its capabilities though, I would like to see more features added in the future.
