Overall Satisfaction with Jolt
We use Jolt in our restaurant for scheduling, time off requests and completing checklists. Scheduling really has been helpful to our staff as they can see all changes in real time on their phones. Time off requests are also very quick and can be done in seconds!
- Provides real time updates on items not completed
- Ensures tasks are completed and by whom they're completed by
- Jolt allows employees to be able to make shift switch requests in seconds
- Jolt Lite mobile app could be more user friendly in my opinion.
- In my experience, there have been a few bugs we have noticed with employee shifts being deleted
- The onboarding process is great, however, in my experience, there have been some instances of employees not being able to log in to the app

- We can see whether or not tasks were completed correctly via the picture feature. This helps with training. This also helps with holding employees responsible for correct training.
- Jolt has been a gamechanger with real time scheduling. Managers can changes shifts and the employee can immediately see the change on their mobile app.
We have not really used any other products similar to Jolt. Jolt was recommended to us by another restaurant owner.
