Overall Satisfaction with Jolt

We decided to purchase Jolt to ensure processes were being executed. Some of the internal work flow problems were team members not completing tasks in a timely manner or at all and unsure of what to do during non-peak hours. We also were using an internal POS scheduling tool which was very cumbersome. Since purchasing the checklist and scheduling features in Jolt our operations have become smoother and more tasks are being completed in the restaurant. I have personally saved hours of time on creating schedules.

I've rated Jolt a 9 based on the fact that not all email domains are compatible. icloud.com for example will not allow employees to register and utilize Jolt Lite for scheduling. This is a major problem for those employees who use this domain as their primary email. The technology needs improvement as well as app technology. Other than that Jolt is very easy to use.
