Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
While initially a little overwhelming, I have found that Jotform is an excellent site for my company to use to collect necessary information. Their customer support is top notch - responses are fast and thorough, and their integrations are plentiful. There are also so many helpful tutorials! The only other thing I wish were available would be an a la mode menu for your account - meaning, the only additional thing I would need would be more signed form availability. In order to get that, though, I have to upgrade to so much more that I wouldn't need. Other than that, though, I am very pleased with Jotform!

- For a brand new business, the free version is too limiting and the next level up is too expensive.
