Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
I have used a few different form services to do color matches for my small business but always come back to Jotform.
- Gathers contact information easily
- Allows the submitter to upload a photo
- Easy to use interface for me and the person using my form.
- You do need to pay for the service once you have quite a few submissions.
- Jotform has made it easy for my customers to submit color matches.
- I am able to embed the form in my website.
- I love that the app notifies me when I have a new submission so I can take care of it promptly.
I have used Paperform which was hard to use and did not offer a free version. I have also tried Typeform but had to pay for the ability for my customers to upload a photo.
