Overall Satisfaction with Jotform Apps

We implemented for a customer to use as an intake form and integrated to Salesforce. It was relatively reliable, however there are better integration options. Jotform Apps is a simple integration, when most of our customers require more complicated integrations (multiple objects, automations, conditions etc). Upon creation we may want multiple records created, where as Jotform Apps works best as a lead intake, in my opinion. The use case our customer was solving for was program enrolment (program intake). It is a easy integration to the contact object, however when additional custom objects are needed, it is a bit limiting compared to to other form tools where multiple objects can be created/updated/deleted in on submit action. The ROI initially would have been great for our customers, however when they need a more complex form tool, the configuration and implementation time is increased if they out grow the tool.

It is my least favorite as our customers will often outgrow, and the effort to implement a form tool increases dramatically. From a customer perspective, they my end up double paying to have a form tool being set up twice. For a simple integration, it may be fine, but customer often ask for added functionality

Simple Lead form where a Web-to-Lead form is not complex enough. Simple intake collection. We implemented for program intake, but I feel the easier use case is for contact creation rather than custom object creation. If an individual is looking to register for a program, a Salesforce end user may need some manual work
