Overall Satisfaction with Journyx
Corporate staff using to allocate time based on activity and customer. [They] are not using it for expenses or time keeping. Each department has its own set of projects and activities to produce metrics applicable to itself.
- We use Journyx in conjunction with another software for PC activity logging. The integration between the two has been seamless.

- Reporting structure is not intuitive. Standard set of reports, while numerous, is difficult to navigate. Often want a combination of two reports. Would like an adhoc report writer with easy to save formats.
