Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack
JumpTrack is used as a solution for our delivery drivers. Route scheduling, signature for delivery, photo for delivery confirmation, etc.
- GPS for where the driver is currently at
- Date, time, of delivery along with customers acct and invoice numbers
- Photo Confirmations are very helpful
- Logged out of JumpTrack website far too quickly, continually having to log back in multiple times a day. Bothersome to others in our office as well.
- No more lost revenue, photo confirmation that delivery is made and with whom is noted
- Can give an estimate of when the driver will arrive for a particular delivery with the GPS of current location
