Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack

I love the fact you can see real-time deliveries and status. Helps sales confirm en route deliveries and completed deliveries. It helps with the time of actual delivery or pick-ups and pictures captured as well upon completion. It is easy to use for credit pick-ups as well as route deliveries. I think it is easier for drivers as well to prove they made the deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Track delivery.
  • Able to enter credit pickups.
  • See actual time of completion of delivery.
  • I haven't discovered any negatives.
  • Don't have to call drivers to see when they will arrive at customers.
  • Don't need to contact customer service to see if a delivery will be scheduled.
It just makes it easier overall when inquiring about pick-ups and deliveries on a daily basis.
I am sure customer service and warehouse staff utilize this frequently.
