Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
We use Keap to help automate our lead gen follow-up system which has helped convert cold/warm leads into paying patients over the years. Most recently we had a new patient who was getting our emails for over 24 months before ultimately making a $4000+ purchase! Keap is the cheapest yet most valuable "staff member" on payroll!
- Lead generation.
- Follow-up email sequences.
- Online purchases.
- It would be nice to be able to delete a contact from the task notified section when it is spam.
- Keap has directly led to at least 25% of our revenue.
