Overall Satisfaction with Motive (previously KeepTruckin)

KeepTruckin is used in all of my trucks to keep the electronic logs that are required by the DOT. It is user friendly and easy for my drivers to adapt to. It shows me where all my vehicles are at any time and helps me make sure my drivers are in compliance. It is very easy to understand and easy to access from our phone, tablet, computers or anywhere.

Sometimes you'll get a new person that doesn't understand the rules, but most of the support are very well trained and know the product. They are helpful and quick to resolve issues.
Easy to order and receive the devices. Easy for drivers to download the app and to use for all their needs.
