Overall Satisfaction with Kemp LoadMaster
We needed a solution to load balance Exchange 2016 in a remote office in the event of a loss of connectivity to the main office. This site would have no onsite staff from the Exchange team so the solution needed to be reliable and easy to configure/monitor remotely. The site currently has 700 users and is growing. This, Kemp LoadMaster, was very easy to install and configure, and definitely exceeds expectations. The few times I have called support for configuration questions they were knowledgeable and responsive.

- Templates for many integrations
- Great technical support
- Not intuitive on how to fail over the active HA node.
- Nothing else comes to mind.
- This allowed us to meet our remote load balancing needs at less than 10% of the cost of our main office load balancing solution.
- Support has solved all issues on the first call, with minimal delay before responding.
- Citrix ADC (formerly NetScaler ADC)
We use Citrix ADC's in our main office to load balance hundreds of items. This was overkill for a remote office. Kemp's Loadmaster was a great fit for the use case, at a fraction of the price.
