Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We give people deadlines to finish training, we also push out the training emails on a regular basis. If they do not complete the training their email is temporarily disabled.
We use it in the entire organization across four sites. It addressing phishing scams and provides phishing training to all users.

Pros

  • The phishing email tests.
  • Training.
  • It has lowered the threat of phishing scams to all users.

Cons

  • Change up the training a bit each year.
  • Provide immediate feedback to the user if they clicked on a phishing link test.
  • It has definitely improved security.
  • Users are more aware of phishing scams.
I have not used any other training.
It is very user friendly and the phishing scams test emails range from easy to spot to more difficult making users question most emails.

It has made our sites more secure due to users being more vigilant with their emails.
Pass/Fail when someone clicks on a phishing link. When that percentage of fails goes down, we consider it an improvement for our company
Our business has a lot of email users. The training is perfect in keeping them vigilant with looking for phishing scams.
