Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Absolutely everyone needs to be worried about the increase in phishing scams and there are still many who are not. Lots of our users would have clicked almost anything in an email before this. We decided to use it for everyone with an email account and it has been immensely helpful.

  • The video training sessions are simple and straightforward.
  • More areas of interest.
  • Slightly streamlined end user experience.
  • More ways to access training.
  • Saving money.
  • Saving time.
  • Helping users.
Let me tell you, you can know a company well when you talk to their support. Almost immediately you get the sense that they know what they're talking about when you call. This is comforting and puts you at ease. I would not hesitate to give them a call whenever something comes up that I cant handle myself.

Oh boy, the hackers are going to hate this one. KnowBe4 keeps you up to date with the LATEST types of hacks and phishing schemes that these guys are up to. We know way ahead what to keep on the look out for. This is a huge help for all our users.
Dead simple! I mean, we just gave them our LDAP export and next thing you know we have a pool of users set and ready to go. All we had to do was send a URL and they all got in and started training. Could that be any easier? I doubt it!
We are always getting requests from different departments on how each of their people are doing with the new system. If someone gets behind we can see that, if they fail a test, we can see that. I'm not sure what else you could really add, it's got all the info you could need.
There's no doubt about it, if anyone came to me asking about KnowBe4 Security Awareness training I would jump into my whole spiel about how useful it is. People are probably tired of hearing me talk about it but I know for a fact some of the latest phishing emails that got through the filter would have been clicked on if they had not taken the training!
