Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We have completed the rollout of Knowbe4 training to our entire organization and all departments are now setup. All users are being trained, as we have an email account for each of them. This is meant to address the problem of users falling for phishing emails or other types of information harvesting by malicious actors.
  • The videos are short and to the point.
  • Easy for even the least technical users on staff.
  • Nice interface and fluid design.
  • Management of end user accounts/logins/passwords.
  • More frequent emails on the latest threats.
  • More tools for blocking identified phishing messages.
  • It has begun to allow users to more easily sort their mail.
  • Our helpdesk and IT staff have less calls in regards to this.
  • Saving money on more expensive platforms.
Recently we had to contact them due to some videos not playing continuously for users. It seems there may have been a CDN issue on some end, but within the day we had it all up and running for everyone. The response time from support is quick and they seem to know their software pretty well!

Always good to keep us updated on the latest trends in the industry. Fresh training is important for any industry. Also, having access to different publishers is important. The frequency of warning emails could be increased as there are very literally weekly tactic changes on the part of hackers, so more is always better.
Network staff handled the implementation of the user export and upload. According to them, it all went super smoothly. Having them uploaded in one shot was useful and having access to their accounts on the admin portal is important. I would say user management is handled very well and simple.
We always like to know when users get stumped on an email campaign. Also, managers like to know this as well. Also setting up regular reporting to auto send results right to the correct individuals is great. I would maybe add a few more reporting types but so far so good.
So far everything has gone very well with the new system. Not many complaints from users on having to take new training because I believe they see the value in knowing when a suspicious email makes it to their inbox! So far, I would recommend this to anyone in the same situation.
